We're excited to announce that we have secured a limited supply of Colombia Robinson Rozo Geisha coffee beans, roasted by Rum Baba in Amsterdam!

This is a lovely and incredibly balanced Geisha coffee which has an excellent price for quality combination. Produced by Robinson Rozo, this coffee won first prize in the Huila Mágico competition thanks to Rozo's passion and specialization in Geisha coffee. 

Robinson, along with his siblings, each inherited a piece of the land and the 2.25 hectares that Robinson has planted are entirely Geisha trees! However, Robinson recently also bought another farm nearby and planted 2,000 trees of Java variety.

The unique characteristic is that currently all infrastructure is located at the larger farm, El Vergel, and all coffee, for now, from both farms, will be processed there. They have an extensive wet-mill and sufficient space to dry both washed and natural coffees, something quite rare for producers in Colombia.

Robinson is a young, motivated producer, but not new to speciality coffee. Before planting his own trees, Robinson learned how to cup at one of Colombia’s local trade schools, El Sena!
