One of the speciality capitals of Europe's newest(ish!) roasters is featuring in our May box. Andy Coffee roasters is all about fun, incredible coffees and just having a really good time. Think run clubs from their cafes with a delicious flat white to follow. 

One of Toronto's most exciting roasters at the moment! Subtext Coffee Roasters pushing the boundaries of coffee quality. Their focus is on highlighting biodiversity and the human labor behind each coffee cherry. They don't blend or rename coffees, nor do they roast dark, aiming to break away from practices that veil producers and prioritise coffee's true quality.

Rum Baba is a quality-driven coffee roastery based in Amsterdam, a city that’s becoming increasingly well known for its speciality coffee scene. We value nothing more than high-quality coffee here at Brew Box, so we’re delighted to partner with such an incredible brand for our February coffee subscription box.

Tony Speight, with his 13+ years of engineer experience,  built his own coffee bean roaster in 2004.  What had started as a mere itch had developed into a full-blown passion project that is much more than a ‘project’ in 2020 as it supports many local Irish, award-winning restaurants and businesses.

The ambiguity of the DAK’s logo is a means of communicating a product that is “easily recognisable, clean, cool and also a bit mysterious”.  Even in only a years time DAK has made it a point to express those words above in the fruits of their labour.
